A young, jovial and direct wine for every day

The Novella wine is made from Barbera and Merlot grapes; the exposure of the vineyards allows the two grapes to be harvested and vinified together, enhancing the characteristics of acidity, color and sugar content. The fermentation takes place in steel with a subsequent 10-day maceration that enhances the fruity and fresh characteristics of the wine. The wine rests in steel for the next 6 months.
