Monferrato Rosso Doc
Fabula comes from a careful selection of the best Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes grown in our vineyards. Its uniqueness lies in the method of vinification: it is not a simple blending, but a true co-fermentation, in which the two varieties are vinified together from the beginning. This choice allows a deeper and more natural fusion between the characteristics of the two grape varieties, promoting harmonious integration already in the fermentation phase.
At the end of fermentation, Fabula ages for 20 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux, where it develops complexity and balance, keeping the freshness of the fruit and the distinctive character of each variety intact.
