Astra is the result of a path in which we wanted to discover the potential of our Nebbiolo grapes used to produce a sparkling wine. The grapes are picked, placed in small crates and pressed softly. The wine then ferment and age in french oak barrel for a minimum of 8 months. In spring time the wine is prepared for the tirage and age again for 30 months in bottle with the yeasts . At the dégorgement stage only wine from the same vintage aged with the solera system is added.
