Our Fabula wine is the result of the careful selection and assembly of the best Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes present in our vineyards. The two grape varieties are vinified together, and at the end of the alcoholic fermentation they carry out the malolactic fermentation in 500 liter French puncheon. The following aging takes place in the same barrel for a minimum of 18 months. After have been bottled the wine undergo 1 year of aging in the bottle.
