We cultivate our vineyards with a sustainable approach. The prevailing exposure to the south and the very favorable microclimate allows us to limit the treatments favoring, if necessary, interventions based on copper and sulfur. We apply spontaneous grassing in all our vineyards in order to limit the compaction and erosion of the soil while protecting biodiversity. We only use organic fertilizers and do not use any herbicides.
