The better way to taste Uvamatris wine is that there are appropriate conditions of environment, of wine and of the wine connoisseur…the environment has to be illuminated to catch the wine aspect in the better way. The wine has to be served at the proper temperature to optimize the organoleptic characteristics. The glass must not have any smells and must have the form appropriate to the type of wine. The one who tastes wine had not taken balsamic foods (peppermint candies, chewing gum, …) or spicy foods, must not have smoked in the last few minutes and must not have an intense perfume.
