Prepare with Uvamatris a good main course: the drunk octopus! It can be enjoyed as a cold dish, or to prepare bruschetta or as a sauce for spaghetti.


1kg of octopus; 3 garlic cloves; chili pepper; EVO oil; parsley; salt.


To beginning, clean octopus and remove entrails, radula, eyes, cut it into pieces not too big. Brown garlic cloves, bay leaves and chili pepper cut into small pieces and mix octopus previously cut into pieces and let cook for a few moment. It’s the moment to add the Uvamatris red wine and the chopped parsley. Heat to boiling and lower the heat. Complete adding a pinch of salt. The drunk octopus is ready to be poured.
