Autumn has come, time to bake; Uvamatris wants to pamper you with some sweetness!
- FLOUR 300gr
- SUGAR 150gr
- UVAMATRIS RED OR WHITE WINE 1 glass
- CHOPPED ALMONDS 2 spoons
- SEEDS OIL 1 glass
- COCOA half a spoon
- BAKING POWDER half a sachet
Make a flour fountain and add in it sugar, almonds, baking powder and cocoa. Slowly add seeds oil and Uvamatris wine. Work well the mixture and store in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Give the shape you want to the biscuits and roll them in brown sugar. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
